With the Olympics coming to town in a little over 2 weeks (17 days to be exact!) there are some changes that everyone should be aware of:

  1. No badminton club during the 2 week reading break. Reading week is from Monday, February 15 to Friday, February 26, 2010
  2. Translink is introducing numerous bus changes Feb 1 (i.e. next week). Specifically, Wesbrook Mall from University Blvd to 16th Ave will no longer serve buses. Any bus that previously traveled this route will be routed either via University + Blanca (25, 33) or NW Marine Drive (41, 43, 49, 480).   3. The Olympic Torch will be arriving in UBC on Feb. 11 where free celebrations are planned (live entertainment, beer garden, etc.). Check out this page for more details.
